wrong model! and dirty, covered in fingerprints!
Nordstrom sent me the wrong model of sunglasses. To make matters worse, the item is dirty, covered in fingerprints, and clearly pre-owned. This is a major mistake on your end, and I expect you to take these back and rectify the situation immediately. This experience has been shocking and far below Nordstrom’s standards
