Poorly packaged - shipped without a shoe box
The boots were put into a canvas bag and thrown into a shipping box. Nordstrom needs to work on their packaging/shipping/handling. I returned these and re-ordered, looking for a new pair IN THEIR SHOE BOX as I cannot give them as a gift in a canvas bag. I have had issues with this before - one time the shoe box was thrown into a plastic bag and the shoe box was destroyed by the time it reached me. I give a 5 star for these boots, but the shipping/handling issues bring it down.
