VERY DISAPPOINTING
This is the second time in the last month that I’ve received the wrong item from NR. I ordered the Tissot “Chemin Des Tourelles Automatic Bracelet Watch, 32mm,” but instead I received a different men’s Tissot watch, and the box arrived broken. This is unacceptable and has been extremely frustrating and time-consuming.

Nordstrom delivered a different watch entirely.
I saw this watch go on sale around the holidays and placed an order. If it sold out, why fulfil the order and waste my time. I was really looking forward to receiving this watch, only to receive a Tissot everytime. No connection. Not even similar. Really disappointed. I have gotten a Tissot from Nordstrom about 8 years ago. Seems a lot has changed because this box looks like it was damaged/swapped when I received it. I will be returning immediately. So annoying.

I ordered the silver one and received a totally different model, a big white Quartz watch for men.
Don't buy! ZERO star is the true rating.
They charge $9.95 return fee. That's their ONLY purpose.
