Sent a Worn Watch with Scratch!!!
I like Tissot because of the quality. This Carson premium has everything I wanted for a watch. I was so happy to find it on Nordstrom Rack. I was anticipating to receive a brand new Tissot watch to celebrate my accomplishment.
Today, I got the package and extremely disappointed after opening it. It comes with a Nordstrom box, not a manufactory box. I knew something was not right. After opening the box, I am very disappointed because Nordstrom Rack sent me a used / worn watch! I am returning it. Nordstrom Rack, you have just lost a customer who have been loyal to you for more than two decades.
