Fits half size too big and exchange process is very hectic
I ordered 7.5 and it fits too big. I need size 7. I called Timberland customer service and they told me I have to mail them back in order to get my correct size but the process is too painstakingly tedious. Other companies mail out immediate correct size allowing the customer to return back their other pair at the store.

Its better to go down a half size
Learning from other people saying timb boots are usually big and they had to size down. I decided to do a half size down from my sneaker size and it worked great. The boot fits perfectly and my toe had some space to wiggle. So id recommend to go a half size down. Only con is cleaning the inside of the lined sherpa might be trouble some.
