Too boxy and bright
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to love this. Was thinking it would be a nice NYE top. It did not work out. It has boxy shoulder pads (a detail I missed in the item description) and is much brighter than a true navy blue. Was looking for more subtle elegance. Usually like Tibi, but the designers missed on this one.
