received the returned item
There’s someone’s hair and white fur in all over the cardigan. When i tried on it, i noticed the sleeves are stretched, especially elbow area. Even if there was a tag, but it doesn’t look like new at all.
I can’t return it because of the final sale item. I’m so disappointed Nordstrom rack how they didn’t check the quality before delivery.

Theory Cardigan
The fit is great, but the fabric looks very old already after just a few wears; it is warm but started pilling right away, it’s very disappointing because the cut is elegant but the fabric is too delicate. This is a final sale item. Even though it is highly discounted, given the fabric’s durability, I sadly consider it overpriced. Too bad I can’t return it.
