Very poor quality

My last order from Nordstrom was absolutely horrible. The jacket arrived with the sleeve sewn shut and had to be torn to open. The dress is horribly sewn with puckers all over. I felt as if I had ordered from TEMU. Extremely disappointed. I live overseas and waited a long time for a friend to send it and I cannot return it.
