The Shopper Tote in Soft Grain Suede

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this bag for work or casual wear and can’t wait to use it as a travel bag as well! I got the brown suede, which is this beautiful chocolate color and I love that the bag has the strap clip across on the inside that can keep it more of a tighter bucket, or I can unclip it and fit more things in the bag, which has been perfect for work! I can fit my laptop, a lunchbox, my beats headphones, my keys, and my wallet and there’s still room for a few other items! Only reason I gave it four stars which is not Madewell‘s fault at all. Is that given the nature of it being 100% genuine leather and died suede the suede does rub off on my pants from just general swishing when I’m walking luckily, I’ve been able to get the stains out easily with some stain remover and dish soap and plan to seal the suede with a nontoxic suede bag and shoe spray to hopefully combat the issue, but other than that, the bag is so beautiful that I can’t hate it

This bag is beautiful! Very well made and soft suede, which will look better as it ages. I like strap that changes the look of the bag, from smaller to larger. I purchased the navy which looks black depending on light, which I like. The only worry are the straps are on the thin side, it’s well secured but I’m sure if you over stuff they may wear.
