Well made, sleeves run a bit long
Very cute, well made jacket. Warmer than a normal raincoat, but not bulky. If you're in very cold weather you will need to add another layer -- this is warm enough for moderate cold/breeze. Sleeves run pretty long relative to body length, but we've just rolled them up and it works fine.
