I would love to buy this product again
Although I unfortunately didn't receive the jackets due to a delivery issue with the mail carrier, I still wanted to leave a review because the customer service experience was excellent. When the problem occurred, the company quickly attempted to re-ship the items and was very responsive throughout the process. When the second delivery didn't make it either, they promptly issued a refund without any hassle. I really appreciate how professionally and efficiently the situation was handled.
