Kids' 1996 Retro Nuptse^® Packable 700 Fill Power Down Jacket

My delivery instructions and address were confirmed with customer service, including that the package was going to a hotel front desk. Despite this, the carrier delivered it to the wrong location and uploaded a photo of a package sitting in someone's garage - clearly not my address and not even the right package size. The coat was never received, and I was later told to accept a refund even though it was the last one available in my son's size. My son worked for three days shoveling snow to earn the money for this coat, which makes this even more upsetting. For the price paid and the brand reputation, this delivery failure and lack of resolution were extremely disappointing.
