Almost great but ultimately disappointing

I love the color and style of this bag, the size, and most of the features. Here's where it falls down for me. The laptop slip pocket doesn't go to the bottom of the bag - at most it would fit a 13" laptop or tablet. And the slip pocket is sloppy - it hangs open and my phone falls out. It would have been such an easy design fix to make both of these features better. Unfortunately, I'll be returning this.
