The Teva brand was born in 1984 in the Grand Canyon, when a river guide rigged two Velcro watchbands to an old pair of flip-flops to create a shoe that wouldn't float away. More than 30 years later, Teva has become synonymous with comfort, durability and utilitarian style. Those are Teva?
Teva is so supposed to be ultra comfortable I thought and these were the worst. The bottom of the sandal is rough. I should have noted it from the photos. Also I sized up as the guide said to do for 1/2 sizes and it was way too big. The velcro was hanging over. Also the design yellow sorbet wasn't as subtle as the pictures so I didn't like it. All in all it's not a big deal because I'll just return them. I am perplexed though why this sandal is getting rave reviews.

Poorly manufactured
I have worn Tevas since the 90's, just trashed my last pair! Thes are NOT the same, flimsy, very thin soles, toes bend under causing falls - nothing good to say about the NEW Tevas!

Still waiting
Unless you can walk into Nordstrom rack and purchase them, I wouldn’t order them. I ordered these shoes three days ago and they still have not shipped. I purchased another pair direct from the teva and they shipped the same day and we’ve already received them. Meanwhile my Nordstrom order is still waiting to be shipped.
