Believe the hype
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m always a bit suspect of Facebook advertising for things like jeans “guaranteed to lift your butt”. But I’ve been unhappy with my workout gear (Peloton and weight days), so I decided to give the Interval Short (Liner, 5”) a go. Well, they’ve exceeded my expectations in every way and then some. The wider, elastic waist band makes these the first shorts that don’t require cinching a string tie to keep them up. The fabric really does stretch and move with your body. They somehow dry quickly, don’t get slippery on my bike seat, don’t smell after workouts and between washes, and the liner is perfect in form and function (that is, things move as you would want them to, but no more;-). These shorts are better than the Peloton, Nike, and Under Armor shorts I’ve owned. At 5”, my legs look buff, but the shorter style requires a shorter shirt so you don’t look as if you’re pants-less. I immediately ordered an Interval shirt (which I believe is stylishly shorter) and I can’t wait for its arrival. Believe the hype - these are the real deal.

Subpar quality
I had four interval shorts some without internal tights and some with. I wouldn’t buy these again because the quality isn’t any good after four years. The right side zipper pocket fell apart.
These shorts are comfortable and I like to keep them as long as possible. Three of my interval shorts right pockets are falling apart.
I posted my white one to show you guys how bad it is now.

Just buy them
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Best workout shorts you can buy. Bulletproof construction, fast drying and super stretchy yet supportive. The only workout shorts I wear now. 6'1 225 wear size L 7'' w/ liner.

Invest in something better
These were my favorite shorts and bought many pairs starting in 2020. About 2 years ago the back yoke starting tearing on every pair I bought, especially the black and now the light grey. I was a do or die. Now I would not buy this brand again.

Best HIIT shorts
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have like 10 of these shorts. My first pairs from 5 years ago are just now having issues with the zipper pockets.

Favorite Training Shorts
I can't get enough of these shirts. I own 6 pairs and don't wear any other shorts to the gym
