unfortunately very scratchy

We have two of these (same brand and size) from a few years back and we love them. They’re both almost 10 years old and look incredible. The quality of this new one is still great, I know it will last, but the cotton material is so scratchy. Hopefully it will soften with time. disappointed since it’s for my daughter.
