Damaged item

The dress came in absolutely unacceptable condition. Someone was wearing it for a long time and damaged all the threads. I don't know why customer service didn't check the items condition while it's returned, because irresponsible customers have to be punished by prohibiting to get a refund and not sell the damaged items again.

Pretty dress, odd sizing

Beautiful dress, drop waist detail is very flattering. The sizing is odd though, I've just ordered a third one to try. It's very wide through the torso. TB sizes never seem to convert to US sizing very well, Hopefully the third time will be the charm!
