Velvey Puff Sleeve Dress

Runs small; I usually wear a 1 in Ted Baker and this runs tight around the waist. The material is thick, good and flows well. But it does fits tight. According to website, the Size 1 fits like a US 4; this is just not true. I'm usually a 0 or XS in US and 1 in Ted Baker. 1 in this was tight around the waist. But I didn't try a size up so can't say if that would've fitted better. Also the sleeves look bigger than they do in the pictures. I didn't mind that per se but would've been good to know.

I wore this to a work event and then to the bar at the St Regis. I was blown away by the number of people that I don't know that told me how great I looked and how much they loved the dress. It was quite the boost! I want to wear this every day! Lol to the lady that said it fits like a dress, I think the issue appears to be the size you ordered not the cut of the dress.
