Incorrect item sent
I received two different pairs of loafers. One was a smooth leather and the other was a flat grain leather. One looked worn and had clear signs of wear. Customer service offered no assistance other than return and repurchase the item. I was hoping to wear these for a wedding but now I have to wait another 10 days to order it beause this isn't eligible for expedited shipping. Extremely disappointed with the service. Will be returning and not purchasing.
