Broken Zipper
Nordstrom (Rack) sent me pants with a broken and unrepairable zipper. Then they charged me to return the suit. I was frustrated because someone at Nordstrom would have noticed the broken zipper if someone had taken just a few seconds to look at the zipper. Regardless, if Nordstrom sends a customer a defective suit, Nordstrom should pay the return fee.
The suit itself is very nice (other than the zipper). The fact that this is a very nice suit only makes my experience that much more disappointing. I would have kept this suit and worn it with pride if only the zipper hadn't been broken beyond repair.

Only the jacket arrived
Looks like a great suit and we were excited to have it for my son's interviews. When the package arrived, the pants were missing (would NOT be a good look for an interview).
I contacted customer service right away, the arranged a pickup- that never showed. Now I received an email that they are NOT PROCESSING MY RETURN!!!
Poor customer service, poor quality control on shipping, not what I expect or have experienced in the past from Nordstrom. I shop at Nordstrom NOT to waste my time, this should be a simple we messed up, we'll fix it. Very disappointed!
