Only the jacket arrived

Looks like a great suit and we were excited to have it for my son's interviews. When the package arrived, the pants were missing (would NOT be a good look for an interview). I contacted customer service right away, the arranged a pickup- that never showed. Now I received an email that they are NOT PROCESSING MY RETURN!!! Poor customer service, poor quality control on shipping, not what I expect or have experienced in the past from Nordstrom. I shop at Nordstrom NOT to waste my time, this should be a simple we messed up, we'll fix it. Very disappointed!
