gorgeous but strange fit.
The other reviews are right: absolutely beautiful dress. The material is comfortable and light. Pattern and colors are perfect. Runs LARGE. I purchased a size 3 usually wear a US10. I am pear shaped whereby usually the issue is a good top fit and compromised bottom fit. In this dress I have a great top fit but the bottom is quite boxy with redundant material at the waist and hips. The dress is designed to fit loose but I’m not sure the execution suits me. I’m praying for a size 2 to appear. I’m glad I tried it though it’s truly a beautiful piece.

Beautiful and Unique Dress
This dress is a beauty. For me the key to this dress looking perfect was Nordstrom's fantastic alterations department. I usually wear a 4 and sometimes a 5 in Ted Baker. I bought the 3 and could have even gone with the 2 in this dress -- it is designed to be oversized. After working closely with one of Nordstrom's stylists and the alterations staff, we altered the dress to narrow it through the skirt and sides to get a fit that worked well for me. The color of this dress is stunning and it is hard to find something this flattering (with sleeves and pockets in a midi-style) anywhere.

Beautiful, feminine dress, but runs large!
I am 5'2" tall , 125 lb and I bought this in a Ted Baker size 2, which is 4-6. It is a gorgeous color, very lightweight fabric with a waffle texture which felt very nice. It was very long, all the way to my ankles, v at neckline was much too low for my body. I was really sorry to return it, loved the long sleeves with buttons and elastic loops at the cuffs. Wish I was taller, I am sure I would have enjoyed wearing it in a smaller size.
