the clasp
Unique sandal, love the three metallic leather straps, very soft. The ankle strap is a problem. (1) It’s not as supple as the foot straps so they rub in the ankles (solved by putting a small bandaid on the backside). (2) I agree with the other reviewer in that the ankle strap is very difficult to thread through the clasp. The ornament can be pushed to the underside to make space but even then the strap is slightly larger than the clasp opening. A tweezer helped get it through. So if you have a place to be wearing this sandal, add 5 minutes to your time.

Too hard to put the strap on.
I am so disappointed. The shoe is absolutely perfect. Except, When you take the clasp off it's hard to put them on. It should not be this difficult. I am sadly returning them because I am not going to spend 30 mins every time I have to put on. You cannot even just slip them on so that means it is an event to get them in the hole and slide it thru that metal thing. If they could fix that, I would definably get them. I thought maybe it was just a bad shoe, but I got two different sizes and it was the same on the other one.
