Ok Coat but with Poor Hood
I purchased the raincoat mostly because of the hood with bill. I was looking for a raincoat that provided some protection for my face and glasses when the hood was up. Unfortunately the bill on the hood shown in the photos, is not thicker or reinforced in any way. So it just flopped down in my face making it hard to see with the coat on and hood up. So I have returned it. If you don't care about the hood, then the coat is otherwise fine.
