Elliot Wool Blend Coat

I received this coat 2 weeks after I purchased it, it came folded in a very thin box and unfortunately caused some serious wrinkles and the shoulders have gotten the shape of the hanger it came in. I could have it dry cleaned and see past that but it also came worn out around the long stitching from the collar to the bottom hem. It doesn't have an inside lining so the seams and back of pockets are all exposed. I am returning this coat ASAP.

It's not a heavy enough coat for freezing temps, but it is warm. The camel color looks good with everything and the collar is very pretty. It cinches at the waist and isn't bulky so it's very flattering to the figure. I am sz L and found it true to size but the arms are narrow so size up if you want to layer a sweater. I am 5'7 and it hit right at mid calf. No problems, love it.

This is a nice looking coat and my first wool blend. However I’m returning it for several reasons mainly because it is not lined which makes it difficult to put on over clothes. It also doesn’t leave much room to fit over other warm clothing. I’d prefer it have at least a couple of large buttons in addition to the waist tie to help keep it in place and differentiate from a robe. Now that our Spring seems to have come early I can’t really justify keeping it. It’s very pretty with nice big pockets which are a plus. Seems to be nice fabric and well made so likely worth the price.
