very poor quality
The quality of this dress is really bad. The white tipping on the collar was literally just coming off. The knit is not a solid state knit. They attach the white to the black with sewing. There were threads hanging off all over the collar of the dress. I’ve never seen a dress so poorly made. I could get better quality at Wally World.
