Sandwash Smocked Wide Leg Pants

I live in northern Wyoming and it gets cold- searching for warm sweats that don’t look like a just rolled out of bed to run errands- haven’t worn yet but the inside is slick and cold to the touch even in a 70 degree house- wish someone would have included comments on warmth - tempting to keep but not what I need. I used to have a velour set that was a deep navy for holiday- I had to wear long underwear under because I would freeze in them indoors- these feel like them I am short waisted so concerned about the 4 inch waist band being uncomfortable for lounge wear
