What it is: A mineral primer sunscreen with SPF 40 in one translucent formula that blurs pores and mattifies skin.
Who it's for: All skin types.
What it does: Wear underneath makeup for more coverage during the week, or on its own for less coverage during the weekend—and either way, you can rest assured that you're getting SPF 40 protection. Major bonus points for the fact that butterfly bush extract helps guard your skin from blue light, too.
How to use: Shake well for 5 to 10 seconds for an air-whipped texture, then apply a dime-sized amount as the last step in your skincare routine. Can be used alone or as a primer under makeup. Water resistant up to 40 minutes.

Love love love!!!
The original non tinted Mattescreen is one of my most used every day mineral sunscreens. I recently purchased the tinted Mattescreen to use as a primer, slight bronzer and sunscreen combo. One and done after vitamin c serum in the morning. Love it!! Then I got a notification that Golden Hour was a newly released colorway and I just made an order for it! Super excited. Kind of confused if the original tinted version is just the Sunrise shade now named Sunrise. There is no longer tinted Mattescreen on the website and the lightest shade is called Sunrise. Either way I am really happy there are medium and deep colorways available now. This is truly one of the best mineral sunscreens on the market. And I’ve tried a ton and it still is one of my favorites.

White cast & unpleasant texture
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was disappointing, as I was hopeful about this non-greasy mineral formulation. The “universal” shade left a faint white cast on my tan complexion and the clumpy texture did not absorb, making it especially impractical to apply evenly across my face.

My favorite! Love this is a primer for makeup and use daily as last step in skincare. It’s lightweight and doesn’t clog my pores. Also makes me feel a little more elevated naturally when not wearing makeup

Best Matte sunscreen

The absolute BEST sunscreen!!!

My daughter introduced me to Supergoop 40 Sunscreen. Her skin looks great all day long! Now after using it for the last year, mine is remarkably improved as well. Other products, even tinted, expensive products from the dermatologist have left my face shiny and lacking any noticeable improvement in texture or appearance.
I no longer wear foundation.
Supergoop 40 does it! The light but significant tint and smooth coverage, while providing the sunscreen we all need! I wear it every day. Worth every penny!!
