Beautiful shoe but
…not new. So strange but I wonder if these were refurbished? I have purchased many SW shoes from here and never saw this before. The bottom of the shoe has odd black splotches on it & both are slightly scuffed on the sides. Usually, I would absolutely return but they are really cute & for the price, will keep.
