Boots run too small with no Nordstrom exchange
Very disappointing experience — I bought these boots half a size larger than my usual size, yet they were still too small. When I called the store to exchange them, they couldn’t help and also wouldn’t allow me to reorder the next size up using the same account discount I used for the original purchase. Unfortunately, very poor service.

Order A Size Up
As someone who owns several Stuart Weitzman boots, order a size up. It’s definitely the case for these. I LOVE these shoes, they’re so comfortable, but I’m still leaving a 4 star instead of 5 because of the size. They were on final sale so the review had me worried so I ordered a 1.5 size up, should have done just 1 size up but they still work great. I also have wide feet and these were perfect after sizing up
