Defective right shoe - smaller top circumference
I purchased the 6.5 size because my left foot is slightly larger than the right one (right is a size 6 and left is between 6 and 6.5). The left shoe was OK, the right one was tight. I wore them for a day to work, hoping the right one will relax as my right foot is smaller. End of the day, my foot was throbbing, the shoe did not budge. The length was fine, the width was the problem. I measured the top circumference of the right shoe and it was 0.5 cm shorter than the left one! I ordered a size bigger (7), but same problem, the right one was still to tight. I tried to return the worn shoes to the local NSR and they refused. They told me the size is not defective because they were the same length as the other shoe and as another pair of shoes of the same brand. They did not care of the fact that the circumference was smaller. If you buy these shoes, beware!! Their whole batch seems defective! I am so disappointed, first in the brand (for making such a crappy sizing) and then for the shop, for refusing to accept a defective shoe because it was worn!

Beautiful Shoe but Disappointing Fit
I wanted to love this shoe. It’s beautifully made. The fit seemed fine right out of the box. But my feet hurt when walking and I had to scrunch up my toes to keep the shoe on my feet. I sadly returned the shoes.
