Amelina Ankle Strap Sandal (Women)

I normally don’t write reviews, but felt like I had to this time. Been a Nordstrom customer for many years now and this shoes were such a disappointment. First, I never got a confirmation than the shoes had been delivered. Then, when I open the package, I find the shoes loose inside a bag, no shoe box or anything to make sure they don’t get damaged. On top of that, the shoes are NOT made in Spain. They are made in China. They look slightly worn, and there is a cut, yes, like a razor cut on the white leather of the insole of one of the shoes. The only good thing is that I called customer service and they said they’ll take them back. So disappointed.
