5050 Over the Knee Boot

Paint transferred everywhere all over my white leather coach and over the seats in my car…I returned them and showed the lady at Nordstrom the blue like paint coming off of them.

Good afternoon, my comment relates to one of your products, the 5050 Over-the-Knee-Boot, specifically. I could not wait to get this boot some years ago and still have it. I was comfortable & went well with my outdoor garments from work to church. But, what I did not understand was the "cheap" heel. I came out of a meeting with some friends and saw that the heel was "peeling"! The heel was not solid and the "wood like" covering was peeling off the heel! I was shocked! This is not a "payless shoe store boot!" This was a Stuart Weisman!!! $$$$$$

I bought these 50/50 Over the Knee Boots a month ago and I am so glad I did because they will probably sell out, and they are a “must have” for upcoming Fall! I have bought several 50/50 boots in the past in Black, Brown suede, Tan(Beige), Indigo and Corduroy last season. Although I first bought Black 50/50s approximately ten years ago, so I decided to update my shoe wardrobe with a brand new pair! Now I have two pair, the 1st pair (still in great shape) for daytime and the new ones for evenings out! I love Stuart Weitzman 50/50s! Classy in every sense of the word! Beautiful stretch panel in back! For a perfect fit, order 1/2 size down! I wear a 7.5 in SW shoes, 7 in 50/50 Boots!

I'm a true size 6/36 M but took a chance and sized down to 5.5 M after trying on the Reserve 5050 in size 6 in-store. The 5.5 M fits perfectly without socks and tights, molded to my feet and ever so slightly narrow but likely to stretch out more as I've only worn them out once. I live in LA so I don't anticipate needing thick socks, which might make it too snug. I have wanted the 5050s since the early 2000's! These are timeless, comfortable, and made of high-quality supple leather. You need to fold down halfway to get on and off. I'm 5'4" 110 lbs with longer limbs and they come up pretty high over the knee. I was concerned they'd look like Pretty Woman but the flat heel, rounded shape, and quality composition keep them classy. I plan to wear them with slim ponte pants with oversized/structured jackets and sweaters for balance, midi dresses, and maybe above-knee dresses which I tend to avoid at 51. Good for going out in the evenings too.

Having owned a dupe pair of these for 1/7th the cost I can definitely say that you get what you pay for. These are clearly very well made. Slightly narrow but I think they’ll fit to my feet the way the cheap ones never would have. My pair had a scratch on the right foot which is kind of annoying but for the price I’m very happy to have scored a pair of these. They’re a little slouchier than I probably would have liked but no regrets. These are an investment that I’m happy to have made.
