Packed with charcoal powder the liner delivers the blackest of black lines doubled with a superior matte finish. The quick-dry liner is waterproof and stays put from day to night—no smudges, feathering or running.
How to use: Shake well before use. Sweep pen along the lash line. Use the Micro Tip to fill in between lashes for natural definition and the appearance of a fuller lash line. Store horizontally for best performance.

I think this will be my last time buying eyeliner from Nordstrom Rack. I received this new but it must have been really old because it dried out so quickly. I think I was only able to use it 3 times before I had to throw it out. Complete waste of money.
