Splendid Bit Slide Sandal (Women)

This shoe does run small, I usually wear a 10 or 10.5 in shoes, however I usually by an 11 so there is no hangover from the back and I usually have space in the back when wearing an 11, this time I did not. This shoe fit like a 10.5 so I would purchase a larger size. Very comfortable and the width fits like a wide rather than a medium.

Ordered the tan raffia color online and they are just as adorable in person. I’m a size 7, but usually order a half size up in sandals, so I ordered a 7.5 in these. The 7.5 fit, but it feels like I should have gone up to at least an 8 for a better fit. The sandal has no give, it’s not stretchy, and my little pinky was squished even from the few minutes I tried it on. Length wise, with the 7.5, the heel of my foot sat right at the edge of the sandle. Ultimately I ended up returning, I really wish they had fit, such a cute summer shoe.

I usually stay away from Steve Madden shoes because they tend to be cheaply made and uncomfortable. WHY did I not trust my instincts? (Insert face palm emoji here) After my first day of wear, these puppies are going straight into my bag of items to donate. Best of luck to the next owner!
