Poor Workmanship
I liked the look of this sandal but I cannot find a pair where the left and the right shoe are the same. I have ordered 3 pairs so far. These are the issues I found: the braid at the toe area was much thicker than the other, didn’t match, sole was coming unglued before wearing and lastly the upper strap on one shoe was about 1/2” bigger than the other thus causing the one shoe to clip clop when walking.
I agree with the other review that the heel is closer to 3”

3 inch heel
Very cute and comfortable heel. It is described here as a 2" heel. It definitely is not. I measured and it is 3 inches. I need heels that are under 3 inches.

love them
Love them, they are comfortable! however I have yet to actually go out in them. The height is perfect…not too tall but not too short. Wearing them at home, the straps do not dig in but I feel like this can be truly tested only when wearing them out. I do have petite feet, size 6.5 and I do not find these to be wide. I bought these in store and I actually looked for half size down for fun but the store did not have. The quality seems to be ok, standard for Steve Madden, I can see how the braid over the toes might rub on the bottom from walking…it might over time become not very aesthetically pleasing but only after use that might be visible. I would say to just get them! They will go with anything

LOVE them!!
I was worried the straps were going to be too tight but it’s nice that they have some stretch to them. Plus they are comfy and soo cute.

comfy
I bought my from the store for my daughters graduation. Very comfy heel. The straps are not tight. Will highly recommend. I wear 9.5 in full shoe. I usually wear the same in slip on. For this one, 9 works perfect. Love it!!
