LOVE.
I don’t know what everyone’s talking about with saying they could barely get their foot inside the shoe. I had no problem. I bought a size 7, my true size is a 6.5, and they fit perfectly. They’re a little heavier than expected, but I love that they don’t look bulky at all on my feet. Some of these Chelsea boots look like you have club feet! I got them in the tan suede, and I’m hoping to snag them in black if they restock. I do have orthopedic insoles and thin socks on and they’re perfectly snug :)

This is not leather only synthetic
Steve Madden sells boots as leather but send you synthetic. In the store on display are presented real leather boots. I've ordered one because store didn't have size. And got synthetic. It was my second try, synthetic again.

Made for a boneless foot
They are so so cute but if you have any sort of structure in your foot these are a no go. I have a narrow foot and I could not even keep these on for 30 seconds. The top part of the shoe smashes the top of your foot

Inaccurate description
These are cute shoes and they fit pretty well. My feet are a little on the narrow side and I have thin ankles and these aren’t too big or wide. With Steve Madden shoes I always order a half size up and they fit great, which is what I did with these. The reason I gave 2 stars is because the description says leather upper and on the actual boot it stay synthetic upper, so they kind of look like waterproof rain-boot material. That is not what I was looking for. The style, heel, and fit are great, but the material is not worth the price of these boots.

Cute but I would size up for sure. My usual size was a tight fit because the shoe is narrow. I do not have wide feet.

Runs Small!
These booties are super cute but run extremely small and are very narrow. I’m a true 8.5 and definitely needed at least a 9. Would recommend sizing up at least half a size! The heel rubs, but maybe in a bigger size wouldn’t be as bad. Unfortunately will be returning.
