It's just OK
So I ordered this dress in two different sizes in the white and black. They fit differently on me, the white is lined and around the waist feels a little tighter than the black that isn't line. The arm holes are a little big and I have big arms, I would size up if that wasn't the case. I wish the black was also lined but then again I did like the feeling of that on the white dress.

Skirt material is like a slippery, shiny tarp
Ordered Two sizes- XL & XXL.
XL is tight on top- I am 38 DD and usually a XL is adequate. I can wear it.
The XXL- arm holes are too big. Top is more comfortable. But can’t do the arm holes.
So, if I keep one it will be the XL. Still not sure about the fabric in the skirt. Reminds me of fabric you’d see in water resistant golf clothing. Usual size L-XL. 5’9”, 199#. Do love the shape, flattering.
