Yes, the post is on the thicker than your standard, but that wasn’t my issue. My biggest complaint is that once in your earlobe, the heart shape is lost. If you’re looking at the earrings like in the photos, you can tell it’s a heart shape hoops, but on the ears, hard to tell even from profile view. Returned. Shame. Otherwise, looked like well made pair of earrings.

Don’t buy. Post is too thick.
The part that goes into your earlobe is too thick. I was unable to wear and Nordstrom’s would not refund me because I didn’t have the tag. I tried returning within a week with receipt but was unsuccessful. Why would I save a tag on an item that should fit? Very disappointed 😔
