cheap looking
i bought this on line not realizing it was not eligible for return. i received the item, it was cheap looking and way too short, like a choker. i went to return it and it was not eligible for return. so now i am stuck with something that i do not like and have no use for. i contacted Nordstrom customer service and they said, sorry you cannot return the item. what a way to lose a good customer.
