Laura Stretch Cotton Maxi Dress

This dress was so disappointing. First off, I loved this dress. I really wanted it. It’s absolutely beautiful on. I ended up ordering this dress three times trying to get one that wasn’t defective. After the third I gave up. The color on the linen is just on the top of the fabric and not saturated through. So any imperfections in the linen have white spots underneath. The stitching on this dress is offensively sloppy for how expensive this dress is. I’ve seen $50 dresses with better craftsmanship, it’s a joke. Lastly, each dress I received had different colored straps and only matched on one. For instance, left strap would be orange and right strap would be blue. Staud do better.

What a beautiful dress. Unfortunately there isn’t a lot of stretch across top area where it zips and the closure is at top under arm. I ordered a Med first and it wouldn’t go over my chest area. So I returned and ordered large because the color of the fabric is so lovely. When it finally arrived I had to have my husband help me zip it. It finally closed but it smashed the front of my chest. I am larger on top then bottom. So it looked odd and like a tent on my frame. I do you are a 34 C cup or smaller I think it would work. Sad I had to return. I wanted to keep it.
