Spotlight 28-Inch Hardside Spinner Luggage

Purchased this bag in Blue from a Nordstrom Rack store (Bellevue, WA). Registered for the supposed 20 year warranty on the Vacay website. After the 2nd use, a crack started developing around one of the wheel housings. I attempted contacting Vacay on their website on 2 different computers and a tablet - impossible. Tried exchanging at the point of purchase and the very nice store manager said I need to work with manufacturer. I let it go...... I've used the bag 5 times in 2 years (paid $121.08) and the wheel is close to falling off. I'm traveling tonight, called the Nordstrom Rack customer service # in hopes of being able to get authorization for an exchange locally for piece of mind on this trip. Jimmy (CS Rep) kindly explained that I need to work with Vacay, even though he seemed to completely comprehend that the website is not user friendly for me nor was he able to provide an alternate form of contact. Given the fact that several other options are available, don't be tempted to purchase a Vacay model as the warranty is not as stated. I awarded the brand with 1 star only because I couldn't submit a review w/out selecting.
