QUALITY COTTON FABRIC. PANTS DESIGNED FOR A VERY TALL PERSON. I AM 5'3" SO THE RISE WENT WAY ABOVE MY WAIST AND THE PANTS ARE VERY LONG. I WISH THEY WOUL HAVE FIT BUT TALL PEOPLE DESERVE CLOTHING THAT FITS TOO!
