I’m 5’8”, 170, a little thick around the middle. I ordered a L and XL to see which would fit best. The L was tight and the XL was odd fitting. Neither were flattering and I decided to return them both. Typically a L in Splendid fits me well, but this style was just blah on my body type. It would probably work best on a more slender body type.
