defective
This was the 2nd pair of these boots that i ordered. I loved the first pair so much i literally wore them out. Sadly, the right boot of the new pair was defective - i could not get it on my foot without a difficult struggle. So i returned them. Now, i am so sad that i cannot get the same color in my size. Very dissapointed!

good looking but....
the shoes itself is very good appearance, I really love it, I own a few pairs of UGG, but this one, the bottom of the shoes does not feel strong enough to hold your feet, it feels more like a indoor sandal.

I ordered two, one in a size 6 and one in a size 7. The 6 fits better so I'd order true to your size. It was in brand new mint condition and I loved it. It kept my feet warm during the winter.

I loved this sweater when I saw it. And, well decided to buy it based on how it fit the model shown here. I went a size down. Normally I wear a large and this sweater on the model looked oversize and I wanted the same look.
