Just received the shoes in the mail day or two ago and I was super disappointed when I open the box according to the box and the label and the shoe it’s the right shoe but if you look at the listing for Nordstrom it doesn’t show the shoe as a Velcro or with a Velcro strap which is the shoe I received. What the heck?! I ordered a size 12 for my 5 yr old and now I have to return. Does the model of the shoe change with foot size? If so that should be in the listing and in pictures as you hover over or select different shoe sizes!
