order never fulfilled, no notification
Order placed for this item as well as another item. First item delivered an email confirming delivery sent. When checking for delivery status of the jacket, I see a status of it having been returned even though I never received the jacket. Talking to Customer Service, only explanation is they must have run out. At time of order there was no notice of low inventory. Notification was never sent saying that the item would not be shipped. I only found out by accident. Nordstrom rack offers no compensation for the experience either. Nordstrom rack should do better by their loyal customers. We are the one keeping them in business. Not satisfied at all!
