Exactly right for my travels
Bought this for a week-long trip abroad to accompany a carry-on - it was just right. Held everything, easy on the shoulders, laptop was well-protected, plenty of pockets but not too many to handle. Sneaky pockets here and there. Laptop compartment locks. Slid under seat, dimensions acceptable for the airline. My only design change would be the small zip pocket on the back flap should zip down instead of up so there's no possibility it will inadvertently open.
Expect it will become my go-to back home as well.
