Different color than shown
I bought the Luggage color on Final Sale. But what arrived is a completely different color. Instead of a nice natural leather color, i.e. tan, the shoes are much, much darker. They're dirt brown. This won't work for me. Final Sale means no returns. But I didn't receive what I ordered. Does this seem right to you? Doesn't seem right to me.

Beautiful colored. Darker than picture. Unfortunately these run small in both length and width. So I will return them. Would have bought half size up but it’s not available!

runs extremely small!!!!!
I am a size 8 and ordered a size 8. I could not even get the shoe on. The size felt like it was actually a size 7 or smaller. I feel like I have not received what I ordered. As final sale it says I can’t even take them back.

"Luggage" is a lot darker than photo
I loved the luggage color in the photo (a light tan) but the color that arrived was a much darker brown and not attractive in my opinion. They were also too big on me as the heel would lift out of the shoe. Otherwise great looking shoes and comfortable. I'm going to try again with another size / color.
