Our Side Sleeper pillow has a unique notch for your neck, offering the right amount of support as you sleep on either side. The two over-filled sections helps provide ultimate comfort and better alignment for your neck as you sleep, and the pillow can be rotated to achieve just the right fit as you sleep. Each Sleep Yoga Posture pillow was designed with the help of a Chiropractor and is made in Southern California using a specially blended polyester fiber fill.

Awesome pillow
I’ve had issues with my shoulder and sleeping on my side with my arm under the pillow would leave me in pain the following day. Since I started sleeping with this pillow, I’ve been pain free and haven’t felt the need to sleep with my arm under the pillow to get comfortable. It took me a day or so to get used to it but I feel like my back/neck are better aligned which makes for a comfortable night sleep.

Great Sleeping Position.
I have only slept on it for two nights. My first impression is positive. However, at this time it is a bit too firm for my liking. I plan to keep it. I’m sure that it will soften with use. It definitely helps with getting my upper body in a comfortable sleeping position.
